Mweb and Frogfoot worst fibre service in cape town

We have a fibre connection with Mweb and frogfoot combo and in the 20 months we have had it we have experience the worst service and connection ever, in fact fiber is slower than adsl with these 2. We have had such intermittent service we spend hours on the phone, with no result. These 2 companies need to close down as they sell a dream but no service. When this contact expires i will NEVER touch either company again. If you are thinking about getting fibre from them save yourself the torture we have been through and just don't. They also do not offer any customer service in fact some of their call centre support staff - Christine, so rude and unhelpful. No words every time you call even on the 5th call of the day you will get some other story of why there is no connectivity. Beyond the worst and they will will not escalate a call to get a solution just fob you off with some *******, putdown the phone and within minutes no connection again. WORST EVER MWEB AND FROGFOOT!
