Mweb and Frogfoot sucks

Mweb sucks, internet down for hours,Help desk says its a Frogfoot problem. Hear nothing for hours get hold of Frogfoot they tell me its a Mweb problem. Help desk tells me 2 to 6 days turn around time. WHAT? They should deduct 6 days of my subscription.
