Mweb and Frogfoot fibre

i changed to frogfoot fibre with Mweb as service provider. First the free mweb router power supply was not compatible with router and they had to replace it. I still had connectivity loss and had to buy a TP link router. Since then I still had numerous connection outages with the latest being down for 3 days now. This is unexceptable as it a business line and only answer I get from MWeb is fault has been escalated to Frogfoot.
