MWEB and FROGFOOT - BIGGEST ****STERS

On 7 September 2023, I placed an order to downgrade my package from 150/150 Mbps at R959 pm to the following “Uncapped Including 40/10Mbps Fibre Line – Frogfoot”. At the time, I was informed that my order had been placed and I would have wait a month for the downgrade to take effect. On 13 October 2023, more than 1 month later after I’ve placed my order, Mweb had the audacity to tell me that because Frogfoot changed its package structure, I would have to downgrade to another Frogfoot package and wait yet another month for the order to take effect. Indeed they charged me R959 for the additional month. I immediately logged several queries on Mweb's system which they have simply not responded to and had the audacity to close my queries with no resolution. Nobody has bothered to contact me or to escalate my query. Mweb's customer of service of late is nothing short of pathetic and I would highly recommend that you do not procure their services. You will be gravely disappointed.
