Mweb always internet issues

Mweb zoom fibre has this feature where they decide to go offline without any way to contact them .They have removed the email query and replaced it with a chatbot that was trained by 3 year Olds. Majority of users in my area are sitting without internet connectivity from 7 in the morning in Bayview chatsworth with no way to contact them. Their app shows no outage ,how does that work ? I wish they pick up on their service delivery ,they are becoming the new Telkom
