MWEB - Almost a month and no internet

I app**** for internet services with Mweb on the 12 June 2023. I was sent regular SMS' advising me that my application is being attended to with Open Serve. It it close to a month now and i still do not have an internet connection. I called on 4 July and was told that they will escalate. Not sure if Mweb understands what an escalation is. Stay away from this ISP
