Mweb all promises no results

So i wanted to reconnect my package for fiber with Mweb. They said i owe R1600 so i paid it to get reconnected. Went through the whole process and they said it would be immediately. Two days later i phone again now it will apparently take 48 hours. We are nou on day 4 with no reconnection. **** service!
