So this company has sent emails to people I know, upgrading their internet speeds for free, but I received an email stating that their SP (Openserve) has put up their rates for April 2023 and I am going to be charged extra for my internet speed upgrade? I wonder actually what vain and useless excuse this company is going to come up with.
