Mweb after service PATHETIC

I am extremely disappointed with service from MWEB. They mistakenly made our account Inactive and, for the past few days I had no wifi, as well as promises daily that reconnection would be same day... with no result. Today I spoke to Xoliswa, a consultant who promised her senior Kelly would return my call... no response or call. I would recommend that before going for a service provider like MWEB, think about the service they offer when things go wrong.... Total confusion and an inability to properly address and solve your problem
