Mweb after-sales services are dog sh#t!

I am giving Mweb a 1star rating. Here's why. I have a 50/50 fibre line... The first few months were just dandy. My first issue was every night after 7pm my internet will become so unstable I am unable to do anything. After struggling a few months I eventually got sorted. This fix was just liable for like 2 months then all the issues started again. Same issue as before plus additional **** along the way... I am obviously being throttled because during the day every thing is fine and at night after 7 I'll be lucky if I get a 2/00001 connection. Plus the new addition to my problem is that randomly my internet will disconnect for a few seconds to a minute or so and then I'll be up again... This happens like 50 times a day! But not everyday though.... I've made queries. I tried calling. They called and said they'll call back, no one called back. I've complained on several instanced. All I want is my money's worth and a fix to my internet! But there's 0 after sales service from Mweb. I AM DONE WITH MWEB!!!
