mweb after sales service non exitent

I ordered a premium email account from MWEB on the 3 February, 2021. ORDER was confirmed as per their sIte but no email detailing how to access the new email up to present. I waited for an email confirming the order and providing details of email address etc. I sent numerous queries - received message giving email address but not sufficent information to access the emailon on the 17 February, 2021. Tried to get in touch with Mweb via their 087 numbers (only numbers provided) - time consuming process and still have not successeed in having anyone respond to my queries.

I am going to cancel the subscription of the Premuim email.
