MWEB after being a client for 26 years you now suck

Submit a Billing query - and no one ever gets back to you - then you have to keep calling the call centre - where it gets "escalated" every time you call. No one ever calls back. I now have 11 references!!!! Just held on the line for an hour - no one can help. Each agent is sooo nice and promises feedback - but somewhere something goes wrong! Maybe someone will call me back on this!
