Good day ii signed up a month ago for mbweb Africa I didn't receice my sim card. But they still have the othasity to debit my bank account. And when I phone mweb africa they told me that I must communicate through the what's app. For the last 4 days I did and all I see it a human will be with you shortly. I dont want the service cause I am not happy with this terrible service and no customer care dt your account without any service .
