Mweb adsl to fibre useless srvice.

***30 MWEB FIBRE ..phoned *** and registered with ID and all and waited for the OTP to my cell..never arrived and some 20 minutes later NOTHING. The AD states (online to existing MWEB customers) the adsl lines are being cancelled and FIBRE is to take its place. MWEB has no clue as to how to take existing adsl lines and numbers and put them on FIBRE. Edward
