MWEB ADSL Router lost Configuration
We use MWEB Business Connection as our ISP, and the Router keep on loosing its config, today again, and I was on the phone to MWEB technical support for almost 40 minutes in 3 separate calls, without being able to talk to someone to assist us. After a couple of minutes the phone just died. I asked the technical support on the previous occasions to ensure that this will not happen again, but it did.
