MWEB activates my contract before the stipulated time so they can bill me more

I signed up for a contract to begin on the 1st of September as I'm still serving notice on my current contract with another ISP. This was clearly communicate with the sales consultant and again on the 5th August, 12th August and 15th August. Mweb arrogantly continued to activate the contract before the stipulated time and although I spoke and complained to multiple people, no one was prepared to assist me. I spoke to the following people: Unathi Ngalwana, Narusha Solomons, Amanda Piti, Carmen and Elize and none of them assisted. ***
