Mweb Account ***6

I terminated my contract with Mweb when i moved out of my rented placed and I owed for 2 months of which i paid on the 9th of December and Mweb debited the outstanding amount but at the time they had already handed over my account to lexmed which keeps harrasing me despite the multiple emails i send with the proof of payments. Kindly assist with stopping them from harrasing me please. I emailed Dominic and to date no response, but they spam my phone with calls and text messages accompanied by voicemails
