MWEB abuse of power and ill business ethic. NO communication!!!

My friend has been trying to order fibre with mweb for the past 3 months!!! Eventually she had given up and decided to cancel the order because there was no response from mweb. When she eventually got through they assured her the order was being processed. 2 weeks later and still nothing. Now that she wants to completely cancel this order they refuse to answer any of her phone calls! This is absolutely unacceptable and a abuse of power. This will be taken further. Absolutely disgusting from MWEB!
