Mweb - Absolutely poor and clueless service received

Absolutely poor service received and still no internet access. Yet my client has to pay and may no default on his monthly bill. Yet the poor service he has received and Mweb simply does not care. Please beware of Mweb and their technical experts, they end up wasting your money and you sit with no internet. Simply unbelievable poor ISP.
