Mweb: absolute sharks!!

I am SO sick and tired of MWeb!! 120G of data gone in 2wks... I don't use it for anything more than the usual things: cellphone and Netflix with the very occasional YouTube video! I then topped up with another 40G which was also used up in 2 days! No one can or wants to give me any answers - IF they pick up my call!!!

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER. I've had this issue at least 4 times before, but the just shake their heads and tell me they can't do anything. All that is connected to my wifi - which I can see because I downloaded the app AI Life - is my TV, my cellphone and my son's play station (he only plays Fortnite on it which hardly uses ANY data, so don't tell me that is a possible concern).

Trying to get hold of them is impossible. Today alone I spent over 90min waiting for an operator to tend to my query.

I feel absolutely hopeless with this company and wish I'd NEVER signed a contract with them.
