Mweb, absolute **** service

We're having issues with getting our fibre line released from Mweb. We cancelled our mweb service at the beginning of February 2024 and the line was supposed to be released on 01 March 2024. It wasn't done. I have been on the phone, waiting in queues, being disconnected for well over 120 minutes on my cell phone. I still cannot get my issue resolved. It's as if my fibre line is being held for ransom by Mweb.

I wish I could use stronger words in this complaint to describe my frustration with this inept company.
