MWEB - absolute pathetic service?

It a pity there is no option for "0" stars as that is what MWEB deserve. The most pathetic customer service i have experienced in a long time and that is saying a lot based on the current situation in the country. It is the 4th day of lack of connectivity after logging the required calls and following up diligently. I get told by the support person that he "hopes" someone will call to correct the problem? When i indicate i will need to look at alternatives, i am told i can. Not even an attempt to retain loyal, long term customers. My advice to anyone considering MWEB as an ISP - don't. Just look them up on HelloPeter, the majority of their reviews have only "1" star.
