Mweb absolute disgust

I recently started a contract with mweb for a telkom lte router after they guaranteed that I would have excellent coverage. They said I would be getting up to 30mbps download and no less than 15 mbps download. However after receiving and then activation of the router I have not had a single day of coverage above 0.5mbps after multiple complaints and escalations to telkom them selves via mweb. I have not received any feedback on the matter whatsoever since the first complaint it has now been a month!
