Mweb *****- ****

Got disconnected for more than 6days after paying via d/o, logged a complaint and called mweb for several days including logging a query on their system and no response, week lady after a battle with them they I get access to internet only to find that they opened another contract without my consent or knowledge, know it’s a problem cause they opened their own line add extras on that line like what the hell. People need to be aware cause it’s *****/ **** what’s happening at mweb pls be aware before signing up with them
