MWEB a waste

MWEB is the most pathetic service provider or even company that I have ever dealt with. They do not help at all. They are useless in every aspect of the word. I did not have internet access for 3 weeks and got no help from them. When I tried to cancel they promised not to charge me for the month but debited my account anyway. They want to charge me for a router which I do not want because of their pathetic service. I am still having endless problems with MWEB. Truly a waste of my time and money. I wish I never used MWEB.
