MWEB a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

Its the worst experience i have ever had. I regret changing my previous server. after 10 painful calls to the CallCentre and a week later, with excuses that the courier couldn't find the address and only than we discovered they had the address wrong. that was fixed and after 5 more calls I was advised mweb isn't operating in the Fourways area I must use a sim. After the confirmation and 6 days later, I received the sim. I had no router, and I was advised to buy a router of R1 500,00 3 weeks later and I'm still not connected., i was advised 5 weeks after the delivery of the sim i will be debited. What a load of ****.
