Mweb a ****!

My husband took out an Mweb fiber contract in October 2019 to which the router was delivered within a week. Come several weeks later no has come for installation several months later still no installation even though we've spent hundreds of rands on calling Mweb and even Open Serve their service provider! After more calls and emails and no installation and getting billed every month for a service we don't have four months later we decided to cancel. Guess what Mweb sent us an sms stating they will bill us R2900 for early cancellation! What a joke we are planning on taking them to the Ombudsman so please stay away from Mweb if you value any service at all.
