Mweb a group of ******** ****** and manipulating actors

I would advise any person that's looking to sighn up with mwb to run the hell away rather pay double somewhere els for half the package you have been offered because these corporate ****** only steel your money and that the end of that. I have been begging these good for nothing usless mweb for MONTHS for assistance but every time I get trough to somone to help they log a ticket for someone to wipe there ass of i assume ,because once a ticket is logged you will suffer the worst internet connection imaginable and in my case I have been paying for a 200mb upload and 200mb download fiber package but for moths now this company has been aware of the fact that I am capped to a 50mb upload and 50mb download package. The just log a ticket every time I have requested management to contact me because you as n customer have no right to speak to any form of management at mweb and they will log yet another ticket for management to call you sadly the ticket systems is to wipe there asses off after *****ing our money. I urge anyone to mail me if you are looking for a service provider I will pay your first installment if you choose anyone not associated with mweb the most usless company in the world
