Mweb a frustration

If you phone Mweb call centre you have to follow the menu steps and only can leave your phone number. If they call you back the phone rings for 2 seconds and stops so to logg your call and to say they tried to get hold of you. If I phone call centre I want to speak to somebody and not to a machine.
