Mweb - a disgrace

I signed up with Mweb last year June, I was promised the moon and the stars, i had more down time than anything else and now that I want to cancel no one in that entire organization can answer a phone call, i wasted my money and even though i logged queries about my connection, no one came back to me. as in ever. this is totally embarrassing and i know i am not the only person complaining about the service that mweb offers innocent users . I want this matter resolved as soon as possible. I am tired of begging for assistance form them and paying for absolutely nothing at all!
