Well done, Shamiema, I am still waiting for that call. At 17H00 your client had to call again to follow up, just to be informed that a call was scheduled for 15H30 to be called. The agent by the name of Dillon confirmed that there was no attempt made to call me. I have to add Shamiema, after your empty promises call at 08H15 you went missing in action. No call and you also do not respond to emails.
