Mweb

We tried to close our mweb account in Feb 2021 with no response to our email As we were paying monthly we stopped paying No response from Mweb no reminder and never a statement Last week we received a lawyers letter stating that we had been handed over We wrote to the lawyers also with no response so we sent an email daily to both the lawyer and mweb and after a week of daily emails mweb responded not the lawyer Mweb says that our email went to a no reply email in February thats why they never responded So we want nothing to do with Mweb and if we pay the outstanding R1400 we were charged after asking them to close our account nobody wants to close the account and they say our account was suspended in May 2021 If we pay the so called outstanding R1400 they will lift the suspension ???? and keep charging even though we have no internet service How do we get them to close our account
