Mweb

Unfortunately the lowest score is a 1 star and that is 1 too many for this Mweb's shocking service. My Vumatel line was installed 8 September immediately after I agreed the service for Mweb Fibre. Then on 28 September I received my router and after many call that go to a call centre that tells me they are too busy I have decided that I will pay the connect fee for Vumatel and cancel the Mweb account. Trying to enter cell number on their, 'No Help Centre' only allows 8 digits not 10. MWEB do not return calls. CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO
