There should be no stars to rate Mweb. My husband went to there office at N1 City just to find the building empty. No employees on site. I do understand that people work remotely but there is some people from the older generation that likes to be served by people and not do everything on the internet. it just gets worse, when phoning the help line you get this voice recordings with options to choose what you would like to do. Still not speaking to a physical person. Very un happy problem still not solved.
