Ordered a fibre package on 2Feb2021 - more than 30 days. No service. Nothing has happened since.... Service is terrible. Nobody returns any calls. any calls are referred back to the online tracking - where nothing is updated or answered. I will not allow them to activate this account until I receive some feedback on the status.... Do not use them. This is not worth the effort
