Good day, I phoned Mweb on Tuesday at 16:45 and spoke to a lovely lady that said she would email me and my mother the documents needed to change the account from my deceased father's name onto my mother's name. We are still waiting. Can someone please assist since my mother is also moving so we need to get this sorted out.
