Terrible service from MWEB and it just gets worse by the day. I've been struggling for months now to get a mailbox upgraded to a premium mailbox after Mweb accidentally upgraded the wrong mailbox... twice. Now I'm struggling to get my bill sorted out as they billed me for the wrong upgrade. Their call center are pathetic as you struggle to get through. Been promised call-backs on numerous occasions without any.
