It's the worst internet service provider ever. Has been struggling with router issue endless and there is no one at MWEB that can assist with the issue.

Logged serveral ticket with them to get my issue resolved but nothing. Not a phone or anything at all.

Will never recommend them to anyone. I will respond this issue to the ombudsman tomorrow for further investigation.
