I have a problem with my internet LTE from MWEB. I phone the technical number wait for 5 min. A voice tells me I am number 1 in line, I wait for another 5 min and A lady answers, I tell her my problem and she cuts me off. this is the service you get from MWEB. it is A nightmare to make contact with MWEB when you have a service problem

one moment its OK then all of a sudden there is no internet at all. this is now 4 weeks that I have this problem and as I stated before it is a nightmare to trey and phone their technical side. please be aware of MWEB in the future
