Mweb has debited my account more than what Im suppose to pay and I still have no fibre after numerous calls of asking when the fibre will be installed? Initially I was told it would take 1-5 days . It's nearly two weeks! No fibre and they took my money. When you call them they don't answer or you call is ended automatically.
