why do mweb not communicate with their customers? We pay R975 per month for uncapped 100/100 internet speed; as we were having problems streaming I checked the speed. It varies between 38.1 dl/46ul and 50/49. I emailed them on 29 April and have followed up 3 or 4 times. Beyond the standard 'we have received your email' no response! Why are we getting less than half of what we pay for? A/c no *** Are there better internet service providers out there?
