MWEB 3 days without connection

It’s been 3 days since I lost my connectivity, Mweb lines are busy and you have to wait for half an hour to get through, only to find out you will be redirected. They said they will call back but never did and I paid my account yet it is suspended. Please do advise as I am losing money because of this
