Mweb - 2x price increase in one year

I am trying to send Mweb a mail to find out why i had a price increase twice 2023. However - i cannot find a mail ID that i can use - it is not on their website. So can i ask that Mweb contact me at the earliest to sort this out. I also recommend that everybody check their bills to see if you have the same problem. If this cannot be solved i will definitely cancel my service.
