I finally got a service call back from MWEB to connect my WIFI in my home 6 months after they delivered the router and extender. I am happily connected again. One bit of advice to management would be to create a WHATSAPP TECHNICAL service line for its customers to make it more affordable for people using their cell phones waiting to be connected to the call centre.
