We cancelled our month to month contract with webafrica which we had for about 5 years becuase the price was getting to high.We got MWEB which does not have a month to month so we took a 12 month contract at the start of October and in the 3 weeks that we have had it we have only had problems.Customer service is non existant.Now that we are wanting to cancel the contract they want to charge cancelation fees of almost R 3000 for a product that does not work!!!
