Mweb *******

I cancelled my subscription with Mweb before my SIM card was dispatched.I never got the SIM card connection And yet Mweb has been debiting my account none stop. I have my cancellation Refrence number and cancelled the debit order and still the debits. Mweb has NOT tried to call me nor email me ,since I cancelled only multiple attempts at debiting my account! Am only glad I cancelled! This very week a debit that was blocked on my a FNB app went off again for the umpteenth time!
