Mweb ****!!!!!!!!!

I have been struggling with mweb for longer than a month now,my wifi keeps disconnecting and connecting...I cant even watch a 20sec video on youtube. I keep on phoning tec support,spend hours with them on the phone and they cant sort out the issue. I am paying almost R700 for something I cant use. Nobody can sort outy problem. They dont have technicians to come and have a look,if they log a problem to telkom then I have to pay the call out fee. This is the ****piest service ever
