Mweb

I am unhappy about Mweb pathetic, Terrible service they are rendering me the past 3months yet I am paying for the service that I do not get. I am still waiting for my account to be re*embossed and yet now and then there is Internet or Wifi service Always someone is shifting a blame. No one is willing to assist nor take accountability. The service from consultant I spoke to from Technical side Keegan and from Sales Havey were not even interested one is saying this and the other is saying that. The service is Pathetic, Horrible and Worst ever I have received.
