MWeb 25/25 Mbps uncapped is a (bad) joke

Not happy with MWEB (Boston, Bellville, 7530) We currently have a 25/25Mbps (uncapped) contract, data dowload over the last 30 days = 148.36GB, which is under the FUP. What should be, and is invoiced as such, 25/25Mbps, looks in reality as follows: 4 March 2021: download 14.1 Mbps, upload 12.6 Mbps 4 April 2021: download 4.01 Mbps, upload 1.48 Mbps 4 May 2021: download 3.52 Mbps, upload 1.33 Mbps

Even the previous ADSL was faster than that! I was hoping MWEB would increase the quality, but it is actually getting worse and worse. Lots of promise, but eventually extremely poor performance. And tired of the so-callled technical department excuses.
