App**** for fibre on 9 March, they installed the hardware on the 17th of April, deducted R500 and now on the 4th of May we are still not connected.

We have been calling every single day to no avail. We have requested cancellation of the contract because this is frustrating and worse yet, they have deducted R900 on the 1st of May for what???? No service, no follow up. worst service provider
